«At first he was a bit on his own, then…»

CROCETTA DEL MONTELLO (TREVISO) – «Fedez? He was very hungry when he came to us, he ate the typical local dishes». Talking is Matteo Guarnier, owner of the ancient tavern of the same name in Nogarè. He is one of the few, very few, to have managed to snatch a selfie with Federico Lucia during his tour of the UNESCO Hills and the Treviso area. And not only. Guarnier also served the Milanese rapper in his restaurant. The menu? «Veal bites with porcini mushrooms and stewed sorana stew with seasonal short meats», he explains.

The meeting with Fedez in the tavern

A fleeting tour of the Marca, a stop at the Locanda Sandi in Valdobbiadene for lunch and then, perhaps, a peckish feeling that made itself felt around 3.30pm and which led Fedez to decide to stop “for a snack” at the old Guarnier tavern. «When I saw him arrive it was a beautiful moment – the owner still admits excitedly -. In the years, Many VIPs have passed through my club: Donatella Rettore, the Pooh, Emis Killa, Nesli, Ornella Vanoni. But We really didn’t expect a “boss” of this caliber. We were immediately ready to serve him, giving him maximum comfort and leaving him all his privacy.”

Fedez stopped in the historic restaurant in Nogarè for an hour and “feasted” with his friends, including his coach from Treviso Alberto Ferrarini, the expert in ancient numerology who is carrying out a journey with the rapper. «At first it seemed busy and therefore also a little on his own – explains Matteo Guarnier -, then he also did it some selfies with some customers who was waiting for him outside the tavern. He is always busy.” Immediately after the singer left his club, Guarnier shared the selfie of them together on social media. A shot that aroused the curiosity of fans who immediately got busy trying to understand where the rapper was to meet him and, perhaps, take a photo with him too.
