Bologna, 11 May 2024 – Robbers betrayed by a movie finished on social media: three arrests. The facts date back to the evening of November 5, 2023 in the vicinity of via Massarenti: a motorist, in the company of minor children, he was attacked by two men who approached on foot, one on the driver’s side and the other on the passenger side.
The family was like that hunted in the car, with his father who was robbed of gold necklace which he wore around his neck and of one Backpack containing 1,900 euros. The man also suffered several injuries; His children, great fear aside, remained unharmed.
However, during the robbery the man noticed the presence of a third person nearby, who was filming the criminal action. Suspicious from the video, the motorist later discovered that the video had been published on a social networks by a user, a detail that leads one to think that the man evidently knew his attackers. The man thus handed over to the authorities a copy of the video that he had acquired and the cell phone that one of the two criminals had lost during the robbery.
Analyzed the video and studied i telephone recordsthe police managed to trace the identity of the alleged perpetrators of the robbery, all three unemployed: a 33-year-old and a 21-year-old born in Forlì and a 20 year old born in Turin. The three were then arrested and taken to prison.
