On Sunday 12 May ‘Bimbimbici’ returns to Bari, the traditional safe cycling promoted in many Italian cities by Fiab, the Italian Environment and Bicycle Federation, to encourage the use of the ecological 2-wheeled vehicle in daily travel among young and very young people, starting from ‘bike2school’.

The event will take place with the departure, at 8.45, of 3 different bicycle buses from the terminus of Prato La Gemma (in the Carbonara district), Tesoro metro station (San Paolo), San Marco Church (Japigia)

The arrival is scheduled at the Punta Perotti city park, at approximately 11 am, in the presence of the Sports Councilor of the Municipality of Bari, Pietro Petruzzelli.

Once at Parco Perotti, children and young people will have an hour at their disposal to have fun with the entertainment of the Tou.Play group and with the skills courses of Sportogether Bari. Then, the return routes will depart, which will follow the routes of the went, always with the assistance of the Local Police. Participation is free, but anyone who wishes can purchase an event kit at a cost of 5 euros at Parco Perotti.
