No parking, every other period. This is the report received from a citizen of Bergamo, who claims that during the installation periods of the Luna Park or the circus the local police are more permissive and issue fewer fines than usual in via Rovelli.
The reader writes: «In periods of non-presence of the activities indicated, if I go to the fruit and vegetable market the municipal police regularly raises (as is right) the parking fines. Why can carnies or circus performers park for several weeks without being punished?

To the complaint he attaches a series of photos showing cars parked near the prohibitions or on the side of the road. He concludes: «Obviously the report was made to the municipal police with no results».
