“From the checks carried out by the Carabinieri it emerged that the aforementioned, between the end of April and the beginning of May 2024, he has repeatedly violated the measure applied even by traveling to the neighboring provinces of Mantua and Verona. Following this, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rovigo requested and obtained the aggravation of the original precautionary measure with that of custody in prison. The Carabinieri, having completed the formalities, associated him with the Rovigo prison.”
