Data necessary for registration: When registering for federal competitions, clubs must enter the best total and weight category for each registered athlete; in any case, if at the time of weighing the category is different from that declared during registration, the change will be permitted.
Payment of registration fee: Sports clubs, in order to have their registration accepted and recognised, must pay the required registration fee of €10.00 per athlete for all competitive athletes, using the payment systems available on Leonardo.
Registrations “booked” without then following up on payment of the required fee by the closing date for registration will not be accepted. It is the burden and responsibility of the Sports Clubs to ensure that the payment has been duly made and that the registration has been correctly registered by the system (on the Leonardo portal, in the payment column, the letter S must be present).
No exemption can be granted in this sense either by the organizing Regional Committees or by the UdG responsible for managing the race.
PS The clubs have the possibility, even when registrations are closed, until the day of the race to be able to verify the list of athletes actually registered for the race and whether the payment has been recorded for each of them.
