Savona. On May 12th, the Chiabrera Theater in Savona will host the second edition of the Savona International Dance Competition, an unmissable event for dance lovers. After the great success of last year, with over 250 dancers from all over Italy, this edition promises to be even richer and more engaging.
An international stage for young talents. The competition will see dancers of all ages and backgrounds compete in different categories and dance styles: classical, modern, contemporary and, for the first time this year, Inclusive Dance Theatre. A high-level international jury, made up of world-renowned stars and artistic directors, will evaluate the contestants’ performances.
Beyond competition: masterclasses and inclusion. In addition to the competitions, the Savona International Dance Competition will also offer two unmissable training opportunities: a classical dance masterclass and a contemporary dance choreographic workshop. Furthermore, thanks to the collaboration with the Seconda Stella on the right association, the competition will also be open to dancers with disabilities, demonstrating a concrete commitment to the inclusion and valorization of all talents.
