The study conference “The crisis of local authorities: causes, paths and tools for economic and financial recovery” will take place on Tuesday 14 May, at 3pm, in the Aula Magna of the Rectorate. On this occasion there will be the presentation of the volume “VI Ca’ Foscari Report on Italian Municipalities”. After the institutional greetings from the Rector, Prof. Giovanna Spatari and the Mayor of Messina, Dr. Federico Basile will introduce and moderate the prof. Carlo Vermiglio.
Also speaking will be Prof. Marcello Degni (Ca’ Foscari University) and other professors from various Italian universities. The work will be concluded by Drs. Andrea Ferri, Local Finance Manager of the IFEL Foundation. The Event is in the process of being accredited by the CNDCEC. For lawyers, bookings can only be made by accessing the Sferabit portal.
