Saturday 11 May at the Chigiana Music Academy – via di Città, 89 – at 5.30 pm, it will take place ART FOR LIFEcharity auction organized by Rotary Siena East in collaboration with AIL Siena and Grosseto, from 4.30 pm it will be possible to see the works at auction exhibited on the first floor of the Accademia Chigiana. The idea of Art for life arises from the will of Rotary Siena East to raise funds in collaboration with AIL Siena and Grosseto – Italian association against leukemia, to be allocated directly to the department Hematology at Siena Hospitaldirected by Prof. Monica Bocchia.
About thirty artists active in our territory and beyond, among them also some authors of drappelloni and masgalani, have made themselves available to the cause, each donating a work to be sold at auction, the proceeds of which will go entirely to AIL Siena and Grosseto, for the Hematology department.
