The Carabinieri of the Collescipoli station command arrested a 36-year-old from Nigeria – his initials CF – because, despite being subjected to the ban on approaching a 33-year-old from Narna, an employee of a supermarket in the Cospea area, on the afternoon of Tuesday 7 May he he showed up at his workplace and started yelling at those present, threatening them, shouting the woman’s name and demanding that she be brought before him. The employee’s colleagues, who already knew him, immediately called the carabinieri, who intervened on the spot with patrols from Collescipoli and the Norm of Terni: the 36-year-old was stopped and taken to the barracks in via Narni, with consequent arrest for having violated the measure already ordered following the investigations conducted by the Mobile team of the Terni police headquarters. Now the man is in the Vocabolo Sabbione prison, at the disposal of the judicial authorities, as confirmed by the Terni court – at the request of the prosecutor Adalberto Andreani – during the validation hearing on Thursday. The 36-year-old is defended by lawyer Francesco Mattiangeli.
