The anticipation for Sunday’s playoff match that will open the series between Pistoia and Brescia is very high and the red and white people are already buzzing. The first two matches will be played at the home of Leonessa, then the series will move to PalaCarrara for game three which will be played on Friday 17 May at 8pm. The company has already communicated the methods of purchasing tickets for this cartel match and also for the possible race four, with the latter taking place on Sunday 19 May with a time to be defined. With the start of the playoffs, season tickets will not be valid and for those who had signed up for the card, both the one from the start of the championship and the one for the second round, there will be pre-emption on the purchase. These are the opening days of the presale at the PalaCarrara box office (Central Tribuna entrance) for all season ticket holders at the following times. Race three: Monday 13 May from 10.30 am to 7 pm and Tuesday 14 May from 10.30 am to 5 pm. For possible Race 4: Saturday 18 May from 08.30 am to 2.30 pm.
The free sale for match three on www.etes.it will take place starting from 6pm on Tuesday 14th May while the box office (also located at the entrance to the Central Grandstand) will be open on Wednesday 15th, Thursday 16th and Friday 17th from 5.30pm to 7.30pm ( obviously while tickets last). The free sale for the possible match four on www.etes.it and at the box office will take place starting from Saturday 18 May from 4 pm until tickets are sold out.
Finally, these are the prices that will be charged during the playoffs. Curva Pistoia and Florence full price 15 euros, reduced 12; Non-numbered bleachers 25 euros/20 euros; Numbered steps 40 euros/33 euros; Unnumbered Lateral Grandstand 30 euros/25 euros; Numbered Lateral Grandstand 45 euros/37 euros; Central Grandstand 60 euros/50 euros.
An issue, that of tickets, which, on the Brescia side, sparked the protest by the organized groups The Zerotrenta Brigade and the Irriducibili Leonessa 2010 who called a supporter’s strike to be implemented during the first quarter of game one. The reason is attributable to the Lombard club’s prices being too high to purchase tickets for the series with Pistoia. A protest on which the Baraonda Biancorossa also aligned itself. “In agreement with Pistoia Basket and supported by the Irriducibili Leonessa – write the Curva boys – we have asked to limit the ticket prices for the away sector, at least in a numerical reciprocity relationship, to try to facilitate the frequent trips that the playoffs Unfortunately, as already anticipated by the Brescia curve, Pallacanestro Brescia has refused any agreement, damaging both us and their fans, so it will cost 30 euros. We urge everyone to leave in large numbers for the away match let yourself be put down by prices and timetables”.
