For the lagoon players there is only one result useful for celebrating promotion to the top flight, namely victory. The Granata club, now that Ivan Juric will not be officially reconfirmed, continues to investigate various profiles. Vanoli’s currently seems to be the hottest name. Surely if Toro wanted to take advantage of the current Venezia coach, having him already available from the next few weeks, after a well-deserved rest for having led his invention in Serie A without going through the playoffs, would be an advantage for the preparation of the new season. Waiting for the results of the post season would certainly increase the lead time from Venezia to the next adventure. Vanoli currently remains a hypothesis, like that of Vincenzo Italiano, Conference League finalist with his Fiorentina. Also pay attention to the results of the Athens meeting. In the event of Viola’s success, Italiano’s contract would start with another year, until 30 June 2025.
