Good news for the list Michele Santoro. The Court of Cassation admitted the appeal presented by the list “Peace, land and dignity” For Sicily And Sardinia at European elections next June 8th and 9th. The list was initially excluded from the ballot because some electoral certificates were missing. Santoro’s lawyers demonstrated that the promoters of the list had regularly forwarded via certified email to the respective municipalities the request to produce the necessary documents.

After an initial exclusion decided by the Court of Appeal of Milanthe TAR accepted the appeal presented by the list “Peace, Earth and Dignity” Of Michele Santoro. The symbol will be present not only in the North West, but also in all the other constituencies in the European elections.
