At the “Mazzino Mori” Barracks, headquarters of the Provincial Command of the Financial Police of Pistoia, four soldiers recently assigned to the Economic and Financial Police Unit and the Pistoia Group took the individual oath of loyalty to the Republic, in front of the Italian Flag and the Provincial Commander, Colonel Stefano Lampone.
During the ceremony… the new Financiers Federica Aiuolo, Sossio Bencivenga, Flavio Fasciani and Marco Gentile, coming from the training courses attended at the Financier School of Bari and the Alpine School of Predazzo, renewed their commitment to operating in the observance of the Constitution and the laws and to fulfill, with discipline and honor, the duties undertaken with the choice made to enlist in the Corps, for the defense of the Homeland and the protection of free institutions.
The Provincial Commander, in congratulating them for the important goal achieved, intended to underline the importance of the indissoluble bond inherent in the oath, whose formula summarizes the heritage of profound ethical values, historically rooted, to which every single member of the Guard of Finance must constantly take inspiration, in the daily exercise of its functions, to protect legality, the economic-financial interests of the country and the European Union, of the community and of companies that respect the rules.
