Turin is ready to welcome a new gastronomic delight: Tigella’sthe restaurant that brings the authentic experience ofEmilia Romagna in the heart of Piedmont. With the opening of this new venue, lovers of tigelle and of fried dumpling they can now immerse themselves in a limitless culinary experience.
Tigella’s, already famous for its three restaurants in Milanhas decided to expand its presence with the first restaurant in Turin, located in Via Principe Amedeo 11, a few steps from the prestigious Egyptian museum. The concept is simple but irresistible: a “all you can eat” of tigelle and fried gnocco, accompanied by a variety of homemade sauces, both sweet and savory.
There tigella, a round, flat bread typical of Emilia-Romagna, is served hot and fragrant, ready to be filled with ingredients ranging from the traditional lard and parmesan to more daring combinations such as smoked salmon and garlic mayonnaise. The fried dumplingpuffy and golden, is the perfect companion for cured meats and cheeses, creating a combination that delights the palate.
The menu at Tigella’s is a celebration of diversity and inclusiveness, with traditional, regional, baby, vegetarian and vegan options. For those with specific dietary requirements, gluten-free and dairy-free tigelle are available, ensuring that everyone can enjoy this dining experience. To celebrate the inauguration, Tigella’s organized a special event Saturday 11 May 2024 from 12.30pm to 11pmwith a special fixed price menu of €15 which includes a traditional or vegetarian platter of your choice, an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink, and of course, tigelle and fried dumplings with unlimited sauces in the Enjoy Formula. And to add a festive touch, from 6.30pm there will be a DJ Sets to accompany diners with selected music.
