Wednesday 15 May, at 10:00in the conference room of Palace of Culture and Tourism, in the presence of the Mayor, the Councilor for Culture and the Councilor for Programming will be presented procedure for the promotion and authorization of cultural events, as the first application of SUEV, the One-Stop Shop for Events of the City of Potenza.
The SUEV and the related events portal will be illustrated to the press, operators and cultural and voluntary associations that have always collaborated with the Municipality of Potenza for the realization of the city’s cultural programming.
The launch of the SUEV desk represents the first step towards a real simplification of bureaucratic procedures necessary for the correct organization of cultural events and initiatives.
The launch of the first SUEV application – according to the Administration – wants to be a helping hand towards all associations who work daily to organize cultural events and promote the City of Potenza.
In the second part of the morning, the Culture and Tourism office, coordinated by the manager of the UD Personal Services Giuseppe Romaniello and assisted by the Publisys SpA technician Maurizio Argoneto, developer of the application, will discuss with the cultural and voluntary associations with the aim of share the testing phase of the SUEV, a phase which is scheduled to begin on June 1, 2024.
