Back in SicilySaturday 11 May, for the national secretary of the Democratic Party, Elly Schlein, leader in the next European elections in the Islands constituency. The secretary’s calendar of appointments is full and on Saturday morning she will be present at the 36th national congress of the National Magistrates Association (Marina Convention Center).
Subsequently, between 12.30 and 1.15 pm, Elly Schlein – with the regional secretary of the Sicily PD, Anthony Barbagallo – will hold a meeting in the Zen neighborhood, during which she will discuss the issues with the inhabitants of the neighborhood and with the associations social exclusion and food income. Also on the program is a visit to a family living in Via Rocky Marciano.
At the end of the visit, a meeting with the press is scheduled at the Zen sports field (corner between via Sandro Pertini and via Antonino Cannatella).
At 6pm Schlein will be in Castelvetrano to visit the mural in memory of little Giuseppe Di Matteo and a meeting with the citizens, in Piazza Umberto I.
Finally, at 8.30pm, at the end of the day, the rally in Palermo, in the pedestrian area of Via Generale Magliocco, in the presence of the Sicilian candidates of the PD in the Isole constituency.
