Barcelona PG. Municipality, extension of deadlines for submission of applications for registration as a passive mass ordered by the Extraordinary Liquidation Commission

From Palazzo Longano, comes the notice of extension until 10 June 2024, of the deadline for submitting applications for inclusion in the passive estate arranged by the Extraordinary Liquidation Commission, established at the Municipality, following the declaration of bankruptcy referred to in the resolution of the City Council n. 64 of 27.11.2023.

In light of City Council resolution no. 64 of 27 November 2023, executive, the bankruptcy of the Municipality of Barcellona was declared PG

“By decree of the President of the Republic dated 20 February 2024, the Extraordinary Liquidation Commission was appointed for the administration of the management and previous indebtedness, as well as for the adoption of all measures for the extinction of the Entity’s debts ;

– on 5 March 2024 the aforementioned Commission took office in the Municipality of Barcellona PG;
REFERRING to its resolution no. 2 of 12 March 2024 concerning: “Preliminary obligations and planning of the activity in the context of self-organization – art.253 Legislative Decree 267/2000” through which the procedure for recognizing the liabilities of the Municipality of Barcellona PG through approval of the public notice and the application form;

SEEN:
– the Legislative Decree 18.08.2000, n. 267;
– Presidential Decree 08.24.1993, n. 378;
– the art. 36, paragraph 2, DL 24 April 2017, n. 50, converted, with amendments, by Law 21.06.2017, n. 96;

COMMUNICATE
that the deadlines for submitting an application for admission to passive mass, referred to in the notice of 12 March 2024, are extended until 10 June 2024

This request must be presented, on plain paper, addressed to the Extraordinary Liquidation Commission of the Municipality of Barcellona PG (Me) as per the form downloadable from the Institution’s institutional website and sent, with any documentation,
• by certified email to the address: [email protected];
• by registered mail from the postal service to the address Via San Giovanni Bosco snc, 98051 Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto;
• by delivery to the general protocol of the Municipality of Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto, during office hours.
This request must be submitted by the peremptory deadline of 10 June 2024 and contain everything already specifically indicated in the aforementioned notice.
