A non-competitive “run – walk” at 5.30am on a working day (Friday to be precise) to promote a healthy lifestyle through movement, food, culture and art, in the context in which people live and work , with a sustainable zero impact event and with a final refreshment based on fresh fruit.
About 5600 meters for a consolidated and eagerly awaited event, an event (for those who haven’t yet understood, we’re talking about 5.30) with stratospheric numbers. An alarm clock that points straight to the heart of physical and mental well-being, born in 2009 in Modena.
Also in Palermo this running or walking alarm will ring early (at 5.30) and will do so next Friday 17 May. The regional capital will be the second stop on the 2024 tour, after the Verona event, scheduled for tomorrow Friday 10th (in total there will be 9 cities involved, two English ones and one virtual).

In Palermo the 5.30 has been bearing the name of Luisa Balsamo for years now who, appointment after appointment, has contributed, thanks to a valid group of collaborators, to making the 5.30 of Palermo grow in numbers and quality. “Arise, Activate, Love yourself”, is the slang chosen for this year’s edition.

NEW ROUTE, SEE THE MAP (5,600 meters of enjoyment)
New route, only departure and arrival have been confirmed. In fact, the base camp will be the monumental and iconic Teatro Massimo. START (we remind you for those who missed it) at 5.30am on Friday 17 May. Among the passages that enter the 5.30 Palermo for the first time, that of the Trapezoidal Pier and the dancing fountain, which will offer a spectacle of music and colors from the early hours of the morning.

This year too, together with the participants of 5.30 Palermo, there will be the boys of ASD Panormus.
who will accompany them by bike, from start to finish, along a route full of emotions. A fixed point is represented by the Orange team led by Giuseppe Cuttaia.
