After law proposal on waiting liststhe regional group of Action Puglia presented another draft today «to combat any possible risk of opacity in public administration regional, imposing compliance with the regulations in force anti-corruption plan and so rotation of managers with more than three years in the same position”.
This is the news Fabiano Amatiregional councilor and Apulian coordinator of Action, together with the other members of the group Ruggiero Mennea And Sergio Clemente and to the group leader of “Per la Puglia” Saverio Tammacco.
The proposed law, the councilors highlight, «is also a post-it to Emiliano on his words foil mistrust pronounced in the Chamber. In the transition from words to deeds, people are measured and this is also why we urgently ask for a decision on the PDL.”
The proposed law, they explain, «has a single article and aims to implement the principle of rotation of managers, guaranteeing maximum functionality and flexibility, and limiting the risk of corruption as much as possible. Because of this the role of manager in the same service cannot exceed the peremptory duration of three years. No exceptions to the rotation principle are permitted, except for the maximum and non-extendable period of 30 days, within the limit of 10% of the workforce of managers in service and for exceptional organizational factors duly justified”, they conclude.
