Summer is coming and the main summer clubs in Florence will reopen in May, ready to welcome citizens and tourists with events and new food and wine proposals.
LIGHT
We start from Light, the garden of Campo di Marte in Viale Fanti. Appointment at Friday 10 May for the inauguration at 7.00 pm with the music of Popsicles and Sea Bass.
HABANA500
Habana500 reopens on Wednesday 8 May on Lungarno Pecori Giraldi, a place to have fun and learn about Cuban customs and traditions. The Haban 500, in fact, is recognized as Embajada from Cuba to Italyor as a representative of Cuban culture in Florence.
WHARF
Come back from Thursday 16 May also the appointment with the Molo, which has become a fixed stop in the Florentine summer with fashion events, DJ sets, sporting activities, rafting at sunset and entertainment for children.
MUSIC
There will be the “LungarnoLive” show with The Goose (9 June); the Streetino Jazz Band performance, scheduled for June 27; i It’s Up to Sally (June 30); Tommy Agnello & The Giant Tubes, (7 July) and the Florentine quintet Ragazzi Scimmia (21 July).
Furthermore, every weekend (Friday and Saturday) at Wharf the Rex’s resident DJs will alternate.
FASHION
Two events are planned in collaboration with the market “Pimp my Vintage”: on May 26th and the other on September 1st for discover vintage garments.
SPORT
Every Monday there will be the opportunity to immerse yourself in the energy of capoeira with a dedicated course organized by the Escola Regional Capoeira Association of Florence; While on Tuesdays they will be under the banner of yoga edited by Wave Laboratory of Movement.
Among the novelties of the season we find the courses calisthenics, free body exercises held by Elysium and finally the T-rafting descents which will start directly from the Pier to Ponte Vecchio.
Great protagonists the European Football Championships will be screened from 15 June to 15 July.
CHILDREN
Every Thursday, the RainbowLab social cooperative offers creative workshops where children can play and have fun.
