Travel prohibited to Catanzaro for the fans of Sampdoria on the occasion of the last championship match scheduled for tomorrow, Friday 10 May, at the stadium Ceravolo, despite the fact that there is a solid twinning between the two fans.
The prefect of Catanzaro, Enrico Ricciin fact, it has banned the sale of stadium tickets to residents in Liguria. The decision follows the assessments expressed by the Analysis Committee for the safety of sporting events and is certainly influenced by the recent clashes that occurred between Genoa and Sampdoria fans between Sunday and Monday.
The prefect of Catanzaro has also ordered the sale of tickets for all sectors of the stadium only to residents of Calabria as well as, for sectors other than the one intended for guests which will remain closed, to holders of the Catanzaro loyalty program, which however was signed up before May 5, wherever they reside. Entrance tickets are also non-transferable. As can be seen, all measures aimed at avoiding the presence of Sampdorian supporters at the stadium, probably including representatives of a club based in Calabria.
