Having archived the match against Pontedera, the next step for Cascione’s Pescara will be Juventus Next Gen, who beat Arezzo 2-0. The match will be played on Saturday at the Adriatico stadium at 8.30 pm.
The referee designated for the 2nd Eliminatory Round of the play-offs is Michele Delrio of the Reggio Emilia sectionassisted by assistants Amedeo Fine Di Battipaglia and Simone Biffi from Trevigliothe Fourth Man will be Mattia Caldara of the Como section. They will be there at VAR Francesco Forneau of the Rome 1 section and Niccolò Baroni of Florence.
During the championship, Delrio from Reggio Emilia managed the white and blues twice, both at the Adriatic: the first match dates back to last October 25th when Torres won 1-2 and subsequently the daring 2-2 between Pescara and Carrarese on March 10th 2024.
It will be the second match between Pescara and Juventus Next Gen to be played in Abruzzo: the first precedent dates back to last September 2nd, the first day of the championship, when Zeman’s 11 won 3-1 against Brambilla’s Bianconeri thanks to goals from Cuppone (double) and Accornero. Di Guerra scored the winning goal for Juventus.
