The area at the end of April
Degradation, some waste and growing greenery. This is the situation in the area surrounding the former covered market in Terni – we documented everything last April 24th – which, for months now, has been awaiting the substantial general redevelopment in the hands of Superconti Supermercati srl after the well-known and long negotiation with the Municipality of Terni closed in 2023. Now on this front there is news coming from the territorial planning and construction management private of the entity: the decision-making services conference has been called in a simplified form for the request for a substantial variation to the 2023 single authorization for building renovation with volumetric increase (not constituting useful covered surface area). All for the ‘famous’ urban regeneration of the building which once housed commercial operators. The feeling is that it will still take some time to see the restyling in concrete terms.
