While attention is focused on the “red lights” of the obscured cameras of the Commission work of some City Councillor, all the workers of the Municipality of Taranto are left to their fate like the sailors of a sailing ship prey to the waves and the arrows of the God Neptune enraged.
USB PI Municipality of Taranto, faced with the now clear absence of guidelines on municipal personnel policy, proclaims the state of agitation of the entire municipal workforce.
Our SO no longer considers the absence of reactions possible in the face of a series of hostile acts:
excerpt agreements on horizontal economic progressions now assigned salary differentials, in the name of maximum opacity, attributions, 90% of which originate from discretionary assessments for which the current municipal measurement and evaluation system offers no remedy and which in the end “reward the usual careerists”.
A social service, the flagship of the Municipal Public Service from morning to night, cannot be dismembered by massing the service professionals in chicken coop offices without any respect for their work and for the fragile community that uses the service;
It is not possible, in the Local Police Directorate, to create pockets of privileged people, exempt from the night shift and on the Sunday public holiday and then place this workload on the shoulders of the workers of the Mobile Department who often have their assigned weekly rest suspended to cover recurring and widely announced events.
It is not possible to remain inert in the face of the assignment by the Local Police Director of the Additional Salary and the related Functional Allowance to personnel who have irregularly advanced twice to the symbolic rank of Inspector.
It is not possible to remain impassive in the face of the clear fact that in the Municipality of Taranto not even the most vulnerable have the right to Agile work;
It is not possible to sit idly by as continuous changes in the budget inhibit the hiring of suitable non-winners in the Local Police competition rankings and of all the staff that the city absolutely needs, and let’s think of all those Administrative Instructors who serve our elderly people to to obtain an identity card and a change of residence for our disabled fellow citizens who need the Municipality’s public service to protect their rights in a city where it seems that only USB notices the problems of the workers of the Municipality of Taranto…! !!
