The elections for the renewal of the positions of the board of directors of the Legambiente section of Andria Thomas Sankara took place on April 30th. The Members’ Assembly renewed the Association’s Board of Directors for the three-year period 2024-2026, also reconfirming, for a second mandate, the vice-president Dr. Valeria Fortunato. Passing of the baton instead for the President of the section. In fact, Giorgio Cicco, already a member of the board of directors in recent years, will preside over the club for the new three-year period
At the same time, the assembly elected the members of the board of directors: Paola D’Aluisio, Angelo D’Aniello, Riccardo Larosa, Grazia Lomuscio, Maria Regano, Antonello Salerno, Isabella Sellitri, Marco Vitti, Salvatore Zagaria.
All members intend to continue the awareness and active participation activity in the territory, aimed at spreading the “environmental issue” through the approach of scientific environmentalism.
As always, there will be a lot of work to do in the area and, as stated in the 2024 membership campaign: Wake up, it’s time!
