With the definitive exit of the vortex now between Sicily and the Libyan Sea and the simultaneous rise of the anticyclone from Western Europe, temperatures will rise again throughout Italy starting from Friday. We will thus go towards a weekend characterized by largely sunny weather and a decidedly pleasant climate throughout Italy. It will be hot, but not excessively, with temperature values a few degrees above average especially in the central-northern regions, almost in line with the average ones for the period in the South. Here is in detail what will happen until the end of the week:
FRIDAY‘. Temperatures rising throughout Italy with the highest values that will be reached in the internal Tyrrhenian, Sardinian and Apulian areas, where maximums of up to 26/27°C are expected.
SATURDAY. Temperatures are stable or slightly increasing further in the Centre-North, with highs of up to 27/28°C in the Tyrrhenian regions, Puglia and Sardinia, slightly lower in the Po Valley.
SUNDAY. Temperatures stable or locally with a further slight increase, peaks of 28/29°C in Puglia on the Foggiano area, slightly lower in the internal Tyrrhenian areas, Sardinia and Val Padana. Freezing temperatures up to 3200m in the central-northern regions, higher in Sardinia. In the Alps maximum temperatures around 15°C at 1500m.
NEXT TREND. Slight drop in temperatures from Monday in the North-West, from Tuesday a further increase possible in the Centre-South.
