For this reason, the FP Cgil asked the Salerno ASL offices to «re-evaluate the case to avoid unfair exclusions, but no response was received on the matter. The failure to apply this rule was instead accepted for the Gastroentorology competition, where the Local Health Authority, accepting our thesis, readmitted 72 specialist doctors who were initially excluded. Therefore we do not understand why the same intervention did not happen for the regional competition for emergency rooms, where those excluded, in total, there would be just under 200. We ask that light be shed on this hypothesis and the position of these excluded doctors be reevaluated.”
