The Cilento Gal, as leader of 11 Campania Gals, as part of the “ReFood” project, took part in the Campania Region stand Cibus Fair in Parma currently taking place at Fiere di Parma.
The purposes
This is the reference event for the Italian agri-food sector, dedicated to professionals in the sector and representing an opportunity for the development of Campania agri-food products. In short, an all-round experience of the food world.
The interventions
The coordinator of Gal Cilento participated Luca Cerretani and the councilor of the Gal Pesca Magna Grecia Bruno Bufano. The show cooking by the chef of the “Vecchio Saracino” restaurant was held on May 7th Vincenzo Carola and followed by the press conference.
