13-year-old robber, banned from entering the premises | Today Treviso | News

VERONA – The Police Commissioner of Verona, Roberto Massucci, notified the measures with which three minors were banned from accessing some public establishments in the city; an oral warning was issued against two others, also minors. The young people who are the recipients of prevention measures are those who last April 24, they were responsible for the crime of joint robbery against a 13-year-old. After approaching him in an underpass, they forced him to follow them and, threatening him, robbed him of his shoes, leaving him barefoot in the rain.

The conduct of the baby gang, in addition to constituting a crime, was considered particularly alarming not only because it was evidently the result of a studied modus operandi, but also for the intimidating techniques used and, above all, for the very young age of the boys involved who were summoned today at the police station together with their parents, in Lungadige Galtarossa. Three of them will be banned from entering thirty public establishments in the Veronetta and Borgo Venezia districts for the next 18 months. The provision also requires the three minors not to stay, for the same period, in the immediate vicinity of these premises. With respect to other minors, the prevention measure – even more serious – of the oral warning was triggered, which will be effective until they reach the age of majority.
