Municipality of Cremona: competition for technical officials

The Municipality of Cremona has called a competition for technical officials.

The public selection involves the hiring of 2 unit to be assigned to the Sustainable Mobility, Public Green, Civil Protection sector.

It will be possible to submit the application for admission until May 13, 2024.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

Candidates in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions can participate in the competition for technical officials announced by the Municipality of Cremona (Lombardy), namely:

• Italian citizenship or one of the European Union countries or other categories indicated in the announcement;
• age not exceeding 32 years;
• physical suitability for the job and duties of the professional profile to be filled;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights;
• regulate position regarding military conscription obligations;
• not having had criminal convictions with a final sentence or definitive court orders that prevent the establishment of an employment relationship with the Public Administration;
• not having been dismissed or excused or dismissed from employment in a Public Administration due to persistent insufficient performance;
• have not been declared revoked from public employment due to the production of false documents or false declarations or those vitiated by an irremediable disability committed for the purposes or on the occasion of the establishment of the employment relationship or career progression.

QUALIFICATIONS

candidates for the competition must be in possession of one of the following qualifications:

• First level degree (L) belonging to one of the following classes of the new university system (DM 509/99 or DM 270/04) or university diploma (L.341/90):
  – L17 Architectural sciences
  – L23 Building sciences and techniques
  – L21 Territorial, urban, landscape and environmental planning sciences
  – L07 Civil and environmental engineering
  – class 04 – “Class of degrees in architectural and building engineering sciences”;
  – class 08 – “Class of degrees in civil and environmental engineering”;
  – Environmental and resource engineering;
  – Infrastructure engineering;
  – Structural engineering;
• Specialist Degree (LS) or Master’s Degree (LM) belonging to one of the following classes of the new university system (DM 509/99 or DM 270/04):
  – LM03 Landscape architecture – 3/S Landscape architecture;
  – LM04 Architecture and building engineering-architecture- 04/S Architecture and building engineering architecture;
  – LM23 Civil Engineering – 28/S Civil Engineering
  – LM24 Building systems engineering
• Graduate Diploma (DL) (old university system – previous system
  to Ministerial Decree 509/99) in:
  – Architecture;
  – Civil Engineering;
  – Construction Engineering;
  – Construction Engineering architecture.

HOW THE SELECTION IS MADE

The selection of candidates will take place through the valuation of securities and the overcoming of duand exam tests, one written and one oralconcerning the following matter:

• Notions regarding administrative proceedings (L. n. 241/1990);
• Notions regarding expropriations (Presidential Decree no. 327/2001);
• Notions regarding safety and health in the workplace and on temporary construction sites (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008), fire prevention and overcoming architectural barriers;
• Notions regarding public procurement – contract code (Legislative Decree no. 36/2023).

The oral test will also include the assessment of the candidate’s knowledge of the English language and the use of the most common IT equipment and applications.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

The winning resources of the competition will be hired through a professionalizing apprenticeship contract 36 months.

During the three-year period of employment the resources will have to follow a training course from the duration of 180 hoursaimed at acquiring skills in the following areas:

• RUP activities (Single Project Manager pursuant to the contract code) for the acquisition of services, works and supplies;
• design activities, construction management, testing of public works and maintenance;
• responsible for proceedings in relation to administrative measures;
• collection of data and information for the drafting of any documents for obtaining financing/concessions in the context of public works;
• archiving, monitoring and updating of public works databases;
• support activities for the Sustainable Mobility, Public Green and Civil Protection Sector.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

The application for participation in the competition for technical officials of the Municipality of Cremona must be submitted by May 13, 2024 exclusively in telematic modethrough the inPA Portal accessible on this page.

To access the platform you must authenticate using SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS credentials.
