Rimini, escorts hidden 5 million from the tax authorities. Requested sentence of 2 years and 3 months

A sentence of 2 years and 3 months in prison for tax evasion of 5 million euros, a treasure that a high class escort allegedly hid from the tax authorities in five years of activity in the province of Rimini. On Tuesday, at the end of a trial that lasted almost three years, the Public Prosecutor’s Office asked for the conviction of the woman who at 43, having retired from business, is enjoying her savings in Dubai. The lawyer, Stefano Caroli, defender of the beautiful escort of Hungarian origin, asked for her acquittal instead because when the inspection and investigation activities of the Revenue Agency and the Financial Police began, according to him they were violated the rules to guarantee the suspect. A violation of procedural rules which did not allow the 43-year-old to immediately appoint a lawyer and therefore have an adequate defense. The 5 million, according to the reconstruction made by the investigators, would be “the taxable amount”, i.e. the sum on which the woman would have had to calculate the taxes to be paid. Between 2010 and 2015, she allegedly made exceptional earnings which she transferred to San Marino. Already ten years ago we were talking about several million euros obviously net of the expenses to maintain a comfortable life and a luxury apartment in Riccione. However, the money earned through sex had only transited on Titan, so much so that the money subsequently reappeared in Monte Carlo and finally in Dubai, where the woman lives today. For the Revenue Agency, the escort’s business had to be considered a sole proprietorship and therefore had an obligation to pay income or value added taxes (VAT) for which it would have had to present the tax return at least from 2010 to 2015.
