A sentence of 2 years and 3 months in prison for tax evasion of 5 million euros, a treasure that a high class escort allegedly hid from the tax authorities in five years of activity in the province of Rimini. On Tuesday, at the end of a trial that lasted almost three years, the Public Prosecutor’s Office asked for the conviction of the woman who at 43, having retired from business, is enjoying her savings in Dubai. However, the money earned through sex had only transited on Titan, so much so that the money subsequently reappeared in Monte Carlo and finally in Dubai, where the woman lives today. For the Revenue Agency, the escort’s business had to be considered a sole proprietorship and therefore had an obligation to pay income or value added taxes (VAT) for which it would have had to present the tax return at least from 2010 to 2015.
