But Tiziana Ronsisvalle is keen to point out: «that the constituent mothers, partisan activists, considered difference as a value. Recognitions that we will have to be able to implement because the improvement of working conditions for women and mothers is also a growth factor for men and vice versa”.
Gender equality but not only. In the agenda of the new secretary of the Slc Cgil of Taranto, there is a carnet of commitments and open reports.
«The digital industry and craft sectors, too by virtue of the advent of artificial intelligence, that of telecommunications, broadcasting, publishing, postal services, up to the delicate sector of cultural production impose on us the responsibility of act both on the front of emergence and on the front of unrecognized rights – explains Tiziana Ronsisvalle – starting from the territory in which we operate where illegal or precarious work often characterizes important sectors such as those linked to the dissemination of information or the processing of sensitive data”.
Tiziana Ronsisvalle takes over as head of Slc Cgil of Taranto a Ferdinando Sorrenti to whom goes “all the thanks from the organization for the work done”.
