Busto Arsizio music and dance for needy families – VareseInLuce.it

The Aretè dance school organizes a dance and musical show with the extraordinary participation of Massimo Dalla Mora and Daniele Lucchetti, dancers from the Teatro alla Scala.

The show, which involves students of classical and contemporary dance, acrodance, hip hop and musical courses, will be structured into two sections: the first half, “Cirque des Étoiles”, is a ballet taken from the classical-based repertoire with contaminations of other styles; the second half, “Strike”, taken from the Broadway-style musical repertoire, tells the story of the newspaper sellers’ strike in New York in 1899.

The show, sponsored by the municipal administration, is scheduled for Monday 13 May at 8.45 pm at the Lux Theater and the proceeds will be donated to the Passaparola association for the “Adopt a family” project.

As the Inclusion department observes, it is not the first time that Aretè supports social projects through art, this year it is alongside Passaparola which is in the trenches every day for extreme poverty and helps families in difficulty to satisfy primary needs which are not only food, clothing and work, but also psychological, fiscal, legal and medical needs.

In short, the funds raised will finance cards that will be given to needy families to access consultancy and other services and benefits provided by Passaparola and the vast network of entities connected to the association.

The evening is already sold out, but you can contribute to the project by purchasing “suspended” passes (for information: Passaparola tel. 349 1947265).
