Far be it from me to accuse anyone of chauvinism. I don’t know who a couple of people in the photo are and the ministers I see them from the newspapers, and therefore I’m careful not to judge them, but I know for a fact that Stefano Bonaccini, Andrea Massari and Michele Guerra are not chauvinists and their innumerable choices and projects are here to prove it.
But precisely because they are not chauvinists, how could they put themselves in such a photo?
Guerra, if only for the frantic activism of the equal opportunities councilor Caterina Bonetti which I would define as obsessive if reality did not prove me wrong, should have withdrawn and replied “No, thanks”.

It’s incomprehensible how people can still take photos like this, also because only an idiot can think that a shot like that can bring 1 more euro to the coffers of food companies or 1 more vote to politicians.
In addition to being repulsive, therefore, it is a totally useless photo. For me, counterproductive for the image of a Fair that wants to place itself at the forefront of food, economy, tourism and internationalisation.
It’s the image of a tired Parma, the same one, think about it, that meets to celebrate itself at Sant’Ilario, so old and self-centered that it can’t even understand that it is making itself pitied.

The final appeal is to Guerra who brings with him the future, in terms of age, culture and freshness: dear mayor, sweep away all these systemic Parma liturgies, stale, slowing down, self-preserving and now unbearable.
