Mastrolilli, the ram of Trapani di Boscaglia

Always ready when called upon. Good with his head, but also with his feet and, above all, he made himself completely available to the team.

Mattia Mastrolilli, born May 8, 1978, played with the Trapani for two seasons, collecting a total of 42 appearances. He arrived in 2010-11 when the Granata were in the Second Division. That year he played 21 games, scoring 3 goals, also contributing to the promotion of Trapani in the First Division, the former C-1 and, thus, deserved reconfirmation for the following season, 2011-12. The history of that tournament is well known, with Serie B appearing to be a done deal before the final double collapse, first in the regular season and then in the second leg of the play-offs. Anyway Mastrolilli he played another 21 games in total, 18 in the league, one in the Italian Cup and 2 in the play-offs, scoring two goals.

That was his last championship with the Trapani, because the following season he moved to Serie D Norman district, the name chosen for that championship by Paternal, while he ended his career the following year at Syracuse, in Excellence.
