The agreement between Anci Campania and Federpol was signed. Objective: to ensure the protection of data, people and municipalities

It was signed in the headquarters of the Management Center in Naples the Convention agreement between Anci Campania and Federpol – the Italian Federation of Private Institutes for Investigations, Information and Securitywith which «we will try to delve into increasingly current issues such as those of research and the protection of data, individuals and public and private companies – declares Luciano Tommaso Ponzi National President of Federpol – in a scenario in which the private investigator and the commercial informant operate in the service of the truth for the protection of a right”.
The signing of the Convention agreement was attended by, in addition to the lawyer Carlo Marino Mayor of Caserta and President of Anci Campania, Gianluca Bartalini Deputy Vice President of Federpol (in the photo below while signing with Marino) and the Regional President Federpol Giancarlo D’Amore. Anci Campania and Federpol with this agreement, signed at the end of a broad and passionate meeting, aim to develop complementary and synergistic activitiesin the mutual activities institutionally carried out, in the common interest.
In particular, they intend to collaborate for the development of culture and knowledge, in the national and international field, of the figure of the private investigator and the areas in which he operates, at the service of the citizen and in the defense of rights in court. In information on good practices to follow for local authorities in cooperation between public and private in the use of so-called subsidiary or complementary security.
«Anci Campania is interested in promoting initiatives and proposals from Federpol, aimed at understanding the activities carried out by the private investigator in favor of citizens, – declares Carlo Marino President of ANCI Campania – in fact, through its territorial structures, it will operate as an active partner by alerting local authorities and citizens to the danger of illegal practices in the profession carried out by self-styled license holders pursuant to art. 134 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Security)”.
