citizens are asking the Municipality for urgent interventions

The Municipality of Naples intervenes immediately for the Business center. This is what, in short, they ask in a warning sent to Palazzo San Giacomo some residents and owners of professional firms which are based in the buildings located close to the Naples train station area.

Criticalities who register at the Management Center are listed in a long letter signed by the lawyer Sergio Longhi which requests that the «residents and frequenters of the Naples business center» be guaranteed the «identical services and benefits guaranteed to all residents of the city of Naples». The inconveniences complained about concern cleaning services and of green maintenance.

It’s still: the road pavement should undergo urgent surgery. Adequate measures are also required in order to «ensure compliance with the ZTL and the use of the business center as a pedestrian area». A lack of interventionswe read in the letter, which is causing the «continuous and, unfortunately, unstoppable deterioration of the Business Centre, with loss of value of the properties as well as diminished quality of life».
