New administrative step for the future headquarters of the Local Police: the assignment of architectural and engineering services has been approved “concerning the definitive-executive design, investigations, works management, safety coordination in the design and execution phase, land register and certificate of energy performance”. The task went to the Temporary Group of Designers made up of “Rpa srl” (agent) of Perugia and “Habitat Engineering srl” (principal) of Cagliari, for a total expense of 261 thousand euros 17.94 euros.

The future Local Police Command will be located in the former premises of the “Dorando Pietri” sports center, in via Nuova Ponente 22 and 24, as part of the rationalization of the municipal offices.
The estimated total cost is 2 million 650 thousand euros including VAT, of which two million for the ground floor of the building (approximately one thousand and 500 square metres), including construction works, mechanical systems, electrical and special systems, as well as the rehabilitation of the basement (approximately 500 square meters) and the arrangement of the parking lot.
It is expected that the ground and basement floors of the southern portion will be used for the Local Police, where the sports center had, respectively, recreational rooms and warehouses and closets.
