PICERNO (PZ) – In the 1st round of the Lega Pro Play-Offs, Picerno beat Crotone thanks to a great goal from captain Esposito in the first half and in the final with D’Agostino closing the final passage to the second round. The first opportunity arrives for the guests, Tribuzzi steals the ball from Pitarresi, the cross goes to Gomez who heads close to the post. In the 23rd minute it was a unique solo from the captain who stole the ball in midfield, flew into the opponent’s air and with his left foot unleashed a surgical shot which left D’Alterio no chance and gave Picerno the lead. Crotone’s response arrives in the 33rd minute with Giron’s insertion cutting through the opposing defense and with his left foot he grazes the post.
