Temporary closure of seven days for a city bar following a fight, with consequent suspension of the license ordered by the Police Commissioner. The premises had been the scene of a violent episode on April 6, which required police intervention.

The provision, issued by the Police Commissioner Annino Gargano after an investigation conducted by the PAS Division, follows a fight that broke out inside the restaurant, also involving the owner.

Thanks to the rapid action of the police, fundamental elements were collected to reconstruct what happened and seize a baseball bat presumably used as a weapon during the clash.

While the criminal responsibilities of those involved are being assessed, the Police Commissioner immediately acted to suspend the activity of the bar, in order to protect public order and guarantee the safety of citizens, as well as acting as a warning for an immediate change in behavior.

This provision is part of the broader framework of the daily surveillance activities carried out by the administrative police, which will continue to monitor the city and the province to ensure compliance with the laws and the safety of citizens.
