Train movement blocked on the Fs line, shortly after the Busto Arsizio station due to the presence of a man who climbed a pylon of the railway line, perhaps due to an act of self-harm.

The mayor of Busto Arsizio, Emanuele Antonelli, also arrived on site. It would appear that the man asked to speak to him.

Traffic on the Milan-Gallarate route is currently suspended and investigations are underway by the competent authorities along the line. An ambulance and a medical vehicle with green code arrived on the scene.

All trains on the lines to Domodossola, Varese-Porto Ceresio and S5 Treviglio-Varese are reported late.
