I work, I put my signature on it – Lanuovasavona.it

The collection of signatures for the referendums proposed by the CGIL also began in Savona and its province on April 25th; “I SIGN UP FOR THE WORK”

“Work must be protected because it is a constitutional right. It must be safe because one must live and not die from work. It must be dignified and therefore well paid. It must be stable because precariousness is a loss of freedom.”

“There are four questions. The first two on dismissals, one on the overcoming of the contract with increasing protections and the other on compensation in small businesses, provided for by the Jobs Act. The third concerns the reintroduction of the reasons for fixed-term contracts, in this case the legislative reference is to a delegation of the Jobs Act, but also to the rule introduced by the Meloni government which leaves individual parties the possibility of indicating needs of a technical, organizational or production nature. Fourthly, it is related to procurement, on responsibility of the client on accidents.

In all the offices of the CGIL in Savona it will be possible to obtain information and sign, as well as in the weekly markets, in the workplaces, in the pensioners’ leagues and in the mutual and relief societies”.

“Work must be protected because it is a constitutional right. It must be safe because one must live and not die from work. It must be dignified and therefore well paid. It must be stable because precariousness is a loss of freedom

Work in Italy is too precarious and wages are too low. Three people die working every day. To achieve the maximum possible profit, contracts, subcontracts, fake cooperatives, outsourcing of activities have become normal organizational models of every private and public company.
The result of twenty years of wrong laws is a clear worsening of the living and working conditions of people who have to work to live.

It’s time to rebel and change. Work must be protected because it is a constitutional right. It must be safe because you have to live and not die from work. It must be dignified and therefore well paid. It must be stable because precariousness is a loss of freedom.

This is why we ask you to sign so that we can then cancel some of these wrong laws through the referendum” conclude the CGIL.
