New administrative step for the future headquarters of the Local Police of Carpi: the assignment of the architecture and engineering service has been approved “concerning the definitive-executive design, investigations, works management, safety coordination in the design and execution phase, land registry and energy performance certificate”. The task went to the Temporary Group of Designers made up of “RPA srl” (agent) of Perugia and “Habitat Engineering srl” (principal) of Cagliari, for a total expense of 261,017.94 euros.
In the former Pietri sports center
CARPI – The future Local Police Command will be located in the former premises of the “Dorando Pietri” sports center, in via Nuova Ponente 22 and 24, as part of the rationalization of the municipal offices.
An expense of over two and a half million
The estimated total cost is 2,650,000 euros including VAT, of which two million for the ground floor of the building (approximately 1,500 m²), including construction works, mechanical systems, electrical and special systems, as well as the renovation of the basement (m² 500 approximately) and the arrangement of the parking lot.
It is expected that the ground and basement floors of the southern portion will be used for the Local Police, where the sports center had, respectively, recreational rooms and warehouses and closets.
