ALEXANDRIA – An excessively deep crisis, which worsened in February when none of the shareholders agreed to the capital increase, hence the Milk center of Alessandria and Asti she couldn’t get out. A company which, through a note from the board of directors, reported by Ansa, declares that “the conditions for continuity no longer exist” after the meeting called for “the analysis of the sales situation as of 30 April 2024 and the update of the examination of the interest received”. It was therefore decided to “interrupt the activity compatibly with the commercial commitments made and with the disposal of stocks of products in the warehouse”.
“The choice of procedure undertaken by the board of directors – concludes the note from the Centrale del latte di Alessandria e Asti – was the one that most protected the search for safeguarding jobs and business continuity.
