After having examined the tables of the services conference last April 16th in Rome, the director of the Urban Planning department, Antonella Cutroneo, reported to the Bridge Commission on the interference that the work will have on the projects and above all on mobility in the city. There are several critical points that we will have to live with. What will be the interference of the Strait Bridge? on the projects already prepared by the municipal administration. The study of the territorial and urban services department on the documents provided during the services conference opened last April 16th in Rome was continuous and made it possible to study and evaluate the impact points of the work on the city. Today, in the bridge commission, the manager Antonella Cutroneoreported to the city councilors on the interference especially with the city’s roads.
In particular, and in correspondence with the pylon, on the circuit road, where an alternative road system is not foreseen to coincide with the start of the construction sites. So on the overview of the strait because the road that connects it to the Granatari straight will be covered by the bridge deck and therefore a new road system is planned which will have to be done before the opening of the construction sites. Another interference, partially resolved, is the one on the Peace stream where the deck will be slipped so as not to interfere with the Peace incinerator.
