A bitter start in the Primavera Cup for Alessandro Gemmi’s Under 19 Gold, who in their debut at the PalaBetti gave way to Invictus Livorno 71-75.
The yellow and blues started a run-up, in the first part they suffered the lead from the Labronica team (15-21 at 10′), only to then turn the inertia thanks to a good reaction in the second half which completely canceled out the away advantage and allowed the ‘Abc to put their heads ahead: 41-39 at halftime. Upon returning from the changing rooms the guests try to escape again but the yellow and blue remain in contact and at the third siren the teams are still traveling arm in arm (56-57). Everything is therefore decided in the last fraction, when the final episodes put the two points on the way to Livorno.
