Over 800 candidates in the municipal elections of Sassari.
Over 800 aspiring city councilors are vying for a seat in Ducal Palace, with a mix of familiar and new faces. There are six mayoral candidates and around twenty-four competing lists.
Support for Gavino Mariotti.
Among those who support the candidacy of Gavino Mariottithere is the painter and ceramist Elio Pulli, leader in the civic list “Solutions for Sassari”. Among the Sardinian Reformers the names of stand out Michele Saba and the former gynecologist Giovanni Fadda. Fratelli d’Italia includes the owner of Iene, Daniele Deianaand the former regional councilor Giancarlo Carta. He also figures in GIorgia Meloni’s party Roberto Cadeddu, president of the Order of Pharmacists. Forza Italia presents the city commissioner Vanni Azzenawhile Visione Sassari emerges with the former councilor Laura Useri. The Sardinian Action Party fields the young provincial secretary Gian Marco Ruiu.

Six civic lists support the candidacy of Nicola Lucchi as mayor.
