The NaturalMentEssere festival dedicated to psychophysical well-being in harmony with nature returns to the Cascina del Parco Nord Milano. Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May at Cascina Centro Parco an agenda full of proposals. Laboratories and workshops, holistic treatments, artistic performances and handmade crafts and creative recycling market.
Among the associations, professionals in the sector, local ethical producers, the collaboration also continues Plasticfree, a voluntary organization that aims to inform and raise awareness as many people as possible for a world without single-use plastic; one is planned ecological walk Saturday at 10am to get to know the places of the park and voluntarily contribute to the collection of abandoned micro-waste.
