Thus begins the report by Francesco F., a reader, to the editorial staff of the online newspaper of the City of the North East Tiburno.Tv on yet another chapter relating to the modification of the road system decided by the Municipality of Tivoli for via Casal Bellini, the road that connects the neighborhood of Favale to that of Campolimpido, on which the ban on transit for trucks with a full load mass exceeding 3.5 tonnes (CLICK AND READ TIBURNO’S ARTICLE).
According to the reader’s report, a pole was torn down and thrown into the grass.
It is worth remembering that with ordinance number 167 – CLICK AND READ THE ORDER – signed on Tuesday 30 April by the Commander of the Local Police of Tivoli Antonio D’Emilio, an exception was granted to the ban on transit for fully loaded mass vehicles exceeding 3.5 tonnes in the time slot between 9.30 and 11.30 in the morning, with the exception of public holidays and provided that it does not cause serious obstruction to traffic (CLICK AND READ TIBURNO’S ARTICLE).
The exception to Ordinance number 134 – CLICK AND READ THE ORDER – dated 5 April, it follows the note sent on 24 April by the trusted lawyer of the owner of a commercial business in Via Casal Bellini who had already appealed to the TAR to have the ordinance annulled. Ordinance and which now represented that “…the need to unload goods at the …omissis…, the only food sales outlet in the Favale-Casal Bellini area, of vehicles exceeding this mass. The unloading would take place approximately 3 or 4 times a month on unspecified days for a duration of 8 to 15 minutes in a private area for exclusive use by … omitted … without creating obstacles to traffic…”.
